With Hawaiian Airlines now taking over flights on the Honolulu/Pago Pago Pago route, all travelers entering Hawaii have to comply with SAFE TRAVELS HAWAII entry requirements.

For September the two confirmed flights are on the 13th and 27th.

Prior to departure and if you are an adult (Age 18 years or older), you will need to create an online user account and register with the State of Hawaii Safe Travel Hawaii program at:  https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/registration

Registration is mandatory for all travelers.

Failure to do so will subject the traveler to the State of Hawaii required quarantine period of 10 days.  Upon completion of registration, a QR code will be generated clearing travel 24 hours prior to departure and MUST be presented to an Inspector or Official upon arrival.

The COVID-19 testing is available at the American Samoa Department of Health and is the only recognized testing facility by the State Of Hawaii.

You may upload your negative results on to the SAFE TRAVELS HAWAII website or have it available for HA agents to review upon check-in for validation.

Hawaiian Airlines says it will happy to help travelers with the registration process.

The HA office at Tafuna Airport is opened Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. It is closed from Friday to Sunday.
