Since the announcement by the Covid-19 Task Force that August 26th is the tentative date for the first commercial flight by Hawaiian Air there’s been many inquiries from off island and on island residents about the requirements for travel to and from the territory.
There have also been questions from locals who’ve received confirmations and purchased tickets for flights from the territory for dates earlier than August 26th. Some have onward flights for events happening before the tentative start date.
We’ve passed those questions to the task force.
The tak force hopes to soon launch their Talofa Pass website where travelers can upload information needed before they can get on Hawaiian Air passenger lists for flights to the territory.
