Yesterday around 1:00pm there was a traffic accident in the village of Avau.
Photos of the crash posted by eyewitnesses on Facebook showed a truck and a car colliding .
Chief Medical Officer at LBJ Hospital Dr.Iotamo Saleapaga said that 6 people were injured. It’s suspected that the driver of one vehicle fell asleep.
