Some of the tenants of the Industrial Park were evacuated after a tank belonging to Le Afi Energy being delivered from the dock to the company’s site broke as it was being lifted by crane off a stevedore truck.
A loud bang was heard when the tank broke.
First responders were at the site and the road next to Napa Store which connects with the new road at Tasi Street was closed off.
Police stood guard at the road entrance and a fire truck was seen with hoses connected to a nearby fire hydrant
The road was reopened after 11:30 and tenants were allowed back to their premises.
