Hawaiian Airlines has issued its own advisory for passengers to ensure a smooth check in and screening process for Monday’s medical flight.
Check-in for HA920 will be carried out in time blocks and in alphabetical order.
Check-in is at the Hawaiian Air cargo facility according to the following order and times:
- Passengers with last names beginning from A-M will be checked in from 6:00 am-8:30 am;
- Those with last names beginning from N-Z will be checked in from 8:45 am-11:30 am
The TSA security check is from 11:00 am-12:30 pm
Hawaiian emphasized it will only accept passengers and guests at these designated times and in the order announced. You are asked to adhere to the allotted times.
Travelers must bring all travel documents and baggage during check in.
Each passenger is limited to 2 checked baggage plus one carry-on and a personal item onboard the aircraft.
The airline advises that this is a very full flight, and the carry on limit of one per traveler will be enforced.
Also checkpoint and check in hours will be strictly enforced and no passengers will be accepted after closing…no exceptions.
Boarding begins at 12::50 pm and passengers are expected to be at the gate by 12:30 pm.
Please keep in mind that guests will require wheelchair assistance and service so early arrival at the airport will help ensure an early departure.
