William Spitzenberg, the former head of the Water and Wastewater Division of the American Samoa Power Authority left ASPA last month to devote full time to his Stronger Slimmer You (SSY), a nutrition and exercise business, and also to an engineering consulting business, that he and his wife own.
He was with ASPA for seven years during which millions of dollars in major water and wastewater improvement projects were carried out.
As a guest on the morning show yesterday, Spitzenberg shared his thoughts on what can be done to improve drainage in some of the flooding hotspots in the Tuala-uta area, like the golf course, and Fagaima.
