
Thanks to a generous donation from one of its members, the American Samoa Chamber of Commerce was able to distribute goodie bags to various agencies and organizations before the Easter weekend.
Chairperson Ella Gurr said Wightman, Crane and Stuart donated Folgers bags, coffee mugs, aprons hand soap, cookies, and snacks.
The Chamber distributed goodie bags to the Emergency Operations Center, Red Cross, Tafuna and Fagaalu health clinics, the LBJ Hospital, the Alliance Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, the Juvenile Detention Center and various villages.
“We are grateful to our Chamber members for their concern and compassion towards our health care providers, other public servants and community leaders,” said Gurr.
She thanked Wightman, Crane and Stuart for providing the donations which made the Easter distribution possible.
