Nine graduates of the American Samoa Community College have been awarded ASG scholarships.
The commencement exercise for ASCC’s Fall 2019 graduating class did not take place due to the measles outbreak but the recipients were recognized at a ceremony held yesterday in the Department of Education Conference Room.
With several parents in attendance, Chairman of the ASG Financial Aid Board Senator Faiivae Alex Godinet, Co-Chair Mrs Donna Gurr, along with Director of Education Dr Ruth Matagi Tofiga, presented the scholarships and congratulated the nine recipients.
