Summer 2019 started off on a high musical note not only with the Katina Brothers here for the Samoa Youth Jam but also with well known musicians who used to make American Samoa the place to be for live bands in the late 70’s and early 80’s.
One of the top bands from that time was the Coral Lounge Band which played at the Bowling Alley Bar in Pago Pago,
Three members of the band who now reside off island – guitarist Junior Hall, drummer Bill LeGalley and lead vocalist John Ioane are back on island for a one time performance billed as Fantastic Voyage.
This is happening at the Fatuoaiga Hall tomorrow evening, with corporate tables selling for $700 and general seating for $25.
John invites their fans and music lovers to come out and enjoy music from the days of the Coral Lounge Band.

The main sponsor, SOPAC, is donating prceeds from bar sales to the American Samoa golf team for the Pacific Games.
