For the second time this week, Treasury will be releasing another batch of tax refund checks and this time Additional Child Tax Credit refunds will be included.
An announcement from Treasury said that the ACTC tax refund portion out tomorrow is $870,857.
Apparently this is not the first ACTC checks to be released. The first batch was disbursed without any public announcement towards the end of last month, after the US Treasury and Internal Revenue Service agreed to pay the new ACTC rates.
For the batch out tomorrow the filing dates included are January 25th to January 29th, which are the same dates given for the batch of locally paid refund checks released yesterday.
