The Territorial Bank of American Samoa advises that due to circumstances outside its control, TBAS MasterCard debit cards will be offline through Monday, April 22.
This means TBAS customers will not be able to use TBAS debit cards for point of sale purchases or ATM transactions.
To accommodate and provide our valued customers access to cash, the
bank will be open on Saturday, April 20 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
“We want to encourage all of our customers to come in to the bank on
Saturday to make cash withdrawals to cover needs for this Easter
weekend.
