7:00 pm Saturday, January 5 – The National Weather Service announces that a Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for all of American Samoa.
A flash flood watch is issued when conditions are favorable for flash flooding to occur. It does not mean flooding will occur but it is possible.
Please remain cautious out there.
