Territory farewells PC Galea’i Moaaliitele Tuufuli

A state service will be held tomorrow morning at the Lee Auditirium for the late Senator paramount Chief Galeai Moaliitele Tuufuli.

His body will be brought home on tonight’s Hawaiian Air.

A prayer service will be held at the LBJ Hospital chapel tonight.

The state service for Senator Galeai is set for 8 tomorrow morning at Lee Auditorium and will be led by Reverend Elder Faamao Asalele of the Congregational Church of Jesus in Samoa in Fagatogo.

A memo from the Governor’s Chief of Staff Fiu Johnny Saelua today to all directors said that Governor lolo Moliga was requesting that call cabinet members be present at the state service for Senator Galea’i tomorrow.

After the state and family service, the funeral procession will proceed to the guesthouse of High Talking Chief and Governor Lolo Moliga in Iliili for traditional presentations and wake services.

On Wednesday morning,  the funeral service will be held at the CCJS in Fagatogo and burial will follow at the family plot in Fogagogo.

PC Galea’i passed away October 24 in California at the age of 81.
