Officials from the US Census Bureau here to prepare for the 2017 Economic Census of American Samoa stress that accurate and reliable responses from local businesses will ensure good and accurate information about the state of the local economy.
Two officials from the Bureau, Bobby Nusc and Bill Samples arrived Monday and have been getting the word out before questionnaires for the census are mailed to local businesses beginning May 1st.
Samples said the information from businesses will be strictly treated with confidence.
