A man has been charged with vehicular homicide for causing the death of a man in his late 60’s last Saturday in Fagaalu.
Folasa Galea’i, who is in his early 20’s, is out on a bail of $2,500 awaiting his pre-trial conference scheduled for next week.
The defendant appeared before District Court Judge Fiti Sunia Tuesday where he waived his rights to a preliminary examination.
He is represented by Assistant Public Defender, Kate Hannaher and prosecuting the case is Assistant Attorney General, Christie Dunn.
