Congresswoman Back at Work on Hill

After winning by a landslide at the polls last Tuesday, Congresswoman Aumua Amata Radewagen departed Friday night and is back at work on Capitol Hill.

Before leaving the territory, the congresswoman attended a meeting with local leaders.

Led by Governor Lolo Moliga, the meeting was attended by Lt. Governor Lemanu, Senate President Gaoteote, House Speaker Savali, Secretary of Samoan Affairs Mauga and the three district governors, Misaalefua, Lualemaga and Alo.

The congresswoman said the meeting held last Thursday discussed different ideas and items for her to push through in the new Congress which begins in January.
