One of the aims of Tisa’s Tattoo Festival, according to the founder Tisa Faamuili herself, is for the veteran tufuga or tattoo masters to impart their knowledge and skills to the younger generation.
Tisa‘s Tattoo Fest brings together the traditional artists and contemporary tattooists, and those who earn a living from their art.
The festival opens today at Tisa’s Barefoot Bar in Alega and will continue up to Sunday.
