A woman had a little too much during a weekend outing and started attacking a woman she suspected was having an affair with her husband.
The outing ended with the defendant, Alisi Messer, being charged with public peace disturbance and yesterday was her first day in court.
The government’s case states that after downing several drinks the defendant spotted a woman she claims was having an extra martial affair with her husband.
Police reports say Messer grabbed a Vailima beer bottle and threw it at the victim while swearing.
In court this morning, the woman plead guilty to public peace disturbance and was fined $200.
