Brothers McClusky or Lasi and Joe Fa'agata are each facing second-degree assault in connection with a fight that occurred February 25 in Fagatogo.
According to court affivadits, Lasi is alleged to have challenged several men who were eating at the boathouse in Fagatogo to a fight. The defendant
left the scene and returned with his brother Joe and the two allegedlyassaulted two men with his hands and beer bottles.
The government's case states thatLasi tackled a police officer who responded to the scene.
Both Lasi and Joe are held on bail of $5,000 each.

not the same anymore...
yes --- Fagatogo is not the same anymore because the "nu'u" is no where to be found!!! all 5 pastors in the village can only pray and try to keep the youth out of trouble but it's up to the nu'u to enforce the rules in the village! com'on Fagatogo - TULA'I MAI!!!

these two fools brought shame to the village of Fagatogo! I hope the ali'i and matais o le nu'u make them pay a hefty fine and have them do community service in the village how about 2080 hours of community service cut grass, pick up trash, paint the buildings etc. that should teach them a valuable lesson!
