Yesterday’s weather models had the trough responsible for the heavy rains moving away from us by this afternoon.
But this morning, there’s a slight change…the trough is moving slower than anticipated and it will continue to bring rain and some thunder throughout the weekend.
You may want to keep your umbrella of raincoat close to you and it may be advisable to move any outdoor events inside.
There are no warnings, just a small craft advisory.

Yesterday, Public Works crews cleared a landslide that blocked the road at Agugulu and a fallen fau tree at Aua.
