Study Points to Demand for Kitchen Incubator

A report on the feasibility study for a commercial kitchen incubator in the territory has been completed.

The study was carried out by consultants with extensive experience in the field from North Carolina, Mary Lou Surgi and Smithson Mills who were contracted by the Development Bank of American Samoa.

Mills says the findings show that there’ s demand for a commercial kitchen incubator in the territory.
