Wrestlers accompany brother home

You may have seen some well known Samoans in  wrestling of yesteryears and today on island.
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Hall of Famers “The Wild Samoans” Gataivasa Afa Anoa’i and Polaivao Leati Sika Anoa’i  are here for the funeral services of their eldest brother Peseta Leulua’iali’I Tumua Anoa’i Amituanai.
Peseta is the husband of KVZK TV  veteran news anchor and Deputy Director, Siniva Leiataua-Niuatoa Anoa’i.
Also here for the funeral are nephews WWE Superstar Rikishi aka Solofa Fatu, Jr., WWE Legend Tonga Kid “TK” Samuelu Fatu and Territory League Knox Pro Wrestling Owner Pa’upulumakau Reno Anoa’i .
WWE’s square circle has been part of the Anoa’i family legacy and continues to cultivate its deep roots in the wrestling business now entering its third generation with “The Uso’s” Jonathan and Joshua Fatu along with “Roman Reigns” aka Sika Joe Anoa’i.
Peseta’s brother, Representative Mauagaoalii Leapai Tusipa Anoa’I said we have lost a great leader in our family, village and community; his absence is felt widely.
Peseta’s family services are scheduled for next week in his endeared village of Fagatogo after which he will be laid to rest at his home in Futiga.
Peseta is survived by his wife Siniva, five children and nine grandchildren.

Our deepest condolences to the Anoa’I family for their loss.
