9:00pm, Saturday: The National Weather Service has issued a CANCELLATION of all TROPICAL CYCLONE WATCHES AND WARNINGS for Manu’a.
This is due to Hurricane “Amos” located near or about 140 miles Southeast of Tutuila and approximately 60 miles Southeast of Manu’a.
Hurricane Amos is moving East-Southeast at approximately 17 miles per hour, steadily away from Manu’a.
Manu’a remains under a Gale Warning until 10PM Saturday night
