The High Court has accepted a plea agreement for 20-year-old Theresa Luamanu who has been charged with 8 counts of forgery and stealing.
She was initially charged with 4 counts of forgery and 4 counts of stealing stemming from an October 1st incident last where where she forged a signature on a check in the amount of $480 belonging to a Calvin Tagaloa of the Avapui II Corporation.
According to court documents, the defendant used the check to do some shopping at CBT leaving a balance of more than $200.
She was also accused of stealing something worth more than $100 which was not identified in court records.
Up to yesterday Luamanu has not returned the money nor the stolen property.
The defendant will be sentenced May 17th.
