A group of local investors has plans to set up an environmental research facility in Manu’a, attracting US and foreign students and researchers.
This was revealed by the Chairman of the American Samoa Chamber of Commerce John Wasko during the public input session of the Coral Reef Task Force meeting last Thursday.
Wasko said that money raised from the endeavor will stay in Manu’a.
