BlueSky Communications and the US Army inked an agreement yesterday for the U.S. Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program.
PaYS is a partnership between the US Army and businesses to employ soldiers after their military service. 
A signing ceremony was held yesterday morning at the US Army Reserve Center.
Representing the US Army Commander of the Guam Recruiting Company Captain Curt Diaz while Country Manager of BlueSky Raj Deo led a group of senior employees.
Captain Diaz lauded the new partnership with BlueSky.
