Under heavy rain and heavy cloud cover the Fautasi are now waiting at the starting line for the start of the 2018 Flag Day Fautasi race.
Some of the Fautasi have been there for more than 40 minutes.
Commentators for KVZK TV Tapaau Dr. Daniel Aga and Felise say communication between the Fautasi and the Race Committee out at sea s difficult with poor visibility and boats so spread out.
Just before the KVZKTV broadcast was interrupted the announcers said that the race is being called off.
