The Red Cross received a donation of $2,500 last night from Silipa’s Playhouse whose first production, Twinderella, was staged Wednesday and last night at Lee Auditorium.

The donation was from proceeds from the play, a musical based on the fairy tale Cinderella.

The donation was received by Mrs. Leilani Tilo on behalf of the Red Cross.

Twinderella’s cast of 50 ranged from 6 to 18 years and those who turned out to watch the play were impressed with the acting skills of the young performers.

Mageo has produced pianists, violinists and singer from his Dancing Fingers Learning Center and he is now turning out actors and actresses.

Its hoped that Twinderella is just the first of many plays that will be staged by Silipa’s Playhouse.
