Last month the United Nations Decolonization Committee held a seminar on the status of non self governing territories including American Samoa.
The seminar was held in Kingstown, the capital of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the West Indies,
The Director of the ASG Office on Political Status, Constitutional Review and Federal Relations, Tapaau Dr. Daniel Aga submitted a statement on behalf of Governor Lolo M. Moliga.
