First Lady Cynthia Moliga Acknowledged in Samoa

The First Lady of American Samoa was acknowledged in the closing remarks by Samoa Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele to conclude the 55th independence celebrations yesterday.

Mrs Cynthia Malala Moliga led American Samoa’s delegation to Samoa and had a front row seat to the official program which was held in front of the government buildings at Matagialalua, as the usual venue at Tiafau has become a construction zone for the new Parliament building.

The Prime Minister mentioned American Samoa’s First Lady by name when acknowledging the overseas dignitaries attending the celebrations.

Governor Lolo Moliga was unable to travel to Apia because of health reasons.
