An additional cruise ship has been confirmed to visit American Samoa in 2017, which takes the total number of liner visits this year to 13.
The American Samoa Visitors Bureau had earlier reported 12 cruise ship visits.
The additional liner not on the previously announced cruise ship schedule for 2017 is the Sea Princess.
It will arrive on April 22, the same day that the Emerald Princess makes its maiden voyage to the territory.
The two cruise ships would bring a total of 8,199 passengers and crew to American Samoa.
The 13 liners visiting this year will bring 31,000 people to our shores.
2014 had the highest number of cruise ship visits :20 .
