One man is confirmed dead and three others are in serious condition after they were exposed to electricity while off loading containers yesterday.
Eye witnesses said a crane which was off loading containers struck a power line , and the men, who were on the ground, may have touched the containers or crane.
A video which someone at the scene filmed which went viral on Facebook almost immediately, showed workers lifting four men who appeared lifeless, shaking and slapping their faces trying to wake them up.
There is no sign that CPR was administered at the scene.
The tragedy occurred in front of the Manu’a Store at the Industrial Park in Tafuna. The four were employees of Manu’a Store.

He died shortly after being rushed to the LBJ hospital yesterday afternoon. Three others are in serious condition.
Elia, who wedded last year leaves behind a pregnant wife.
Photos posted on Facebook show the young Mrs Leeann Lam Yuen Elia cuddling her husband’s face and hugging him as he lay on a gurney.
A prayer service at the LBJ chapel was packed with employees of Manu’a Store and other stores of the Chen family which all closed early.
