The American Samoa Republican Party delegates had their few seconds of fame on the national stage and were seen by millions of television viewers watching the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio this evening.
Utu Abe Malae, Chairman of the local Republican party, is leading an 11-member delegation to the RNC.
He was the third to have the floor during the voice vote for the Republican Presidential nominee, after delegates from Alabama and Alaska.
